Property Access

  • Almost Heaven has paved access for all except the last ¼ mile.
  • Easy, level entry is available.

Policies and Rules

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov–March). Travelers visiting during winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle; chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside, as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Pet Policy

  • This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet rent: $25.00 per pet per night plus tax (for up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs).
  • Cancellation Policy: Strict. Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.
  • A "starter set" of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are supplied for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and bed linens will be provided.
  • No hair dryers are provided.
  • The home includes amenities such as high-speed internet, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, hot tub, patio, ironing board and iron, bed linens, towels, free parking, landline telephone, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
